Ordering and Payment

How do I place an order?

Select an item and then choose the desired size (if the product is available in different sizes). Use the + and – signs to select the quantity. The products will then appear in the shopping cart. When you’re done shopping, click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen for an overview of your order. You can make changes if needed or proceed to checkout.

The benefits of an account

It’s possible to create a personal account at DBS Equestrian. There are several advantages to this, such as viewing previous orders. Your address and personal information will also be stored in your account, allowing for faster checkout.

What payment options are available?

You can pay at DBS Equestrian using Bancontact, iDeal, PayPal, SOFORT Banking, EPS, Giropay, Przelewy24 (Poland), or with a credit card from Mastercard, VISA, and American Express. All displayed prices include VAT. VAT will be specified at checkout. For intracommunity deliveries to businesses (with a valid VAT number) or for export shipments outside the EU, the VAT rate will be set to 0%.

Delivery and Returns

Ordered today, shipped the same day

Orders placed on weekdays before 6:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed on the weekend are shipped the following Monday.

Shipping outside Belgium

If you’re ordering from outside Belgium, we can easily ship your order within Europe and even worldwide. Orders placed on weekdays before 6:00 PM are shipped the same day. Our shipping company will send you a track and trace code on our behalf, so you can track your shipment.

Delivery in Belgium

In Belgium, Bpost delivers packages from Monday to Friday. PostNL also delivers on Saturdays. If you’re not at home, you’ll receive a card in your mailbox indicating where the package has been left in the street or the address of the pickup point. You can pick up the package the next day at a post office or pickup point near you.


We offer free shipping for orders over €80.00 within Belgium and the Netherlands. Shipping costs outside Belgium and the Netherlands are calculated based on weight during checkout.

What can you return?

• Unopened and unused orders can be returned within 14 days without providing a reason.

• Items that do not meet the specified specifications.

How can I return something?

When returning your order, you have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receives the product. You can notify us of your return via Please include your customer number and invoice number. Afterward, you will receive a return label from us via email.

After informing us, you must return the items as soon as possible, but no later than thirty days after notifying us.

We ask you to return the items in the original packaging and in the original box or a similar box.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the products that results from the use of the products beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.


If you have paid with iDeal, credit card, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking, EPS, Giropay, Przelewy24 (Poland) or PayPal, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days at the latest. The 14-day period starts when you receive the notice of withdrawal.
